Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

Join our team as a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. Our ideal candidate will exhibit excellent customer service skills, collaborate effectively with team members, and uphold ALDI's high standards.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy in stock levels.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
