Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customers are assisted, and operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, maintain cleanliness, and ensure merchandise displays are neat.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience, providing exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
