Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join ALDI and contribute to providing exceptional customer service. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. By collaborating with team members and following company guidelines, you will play a key role in enhancing the overall shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Assist customers with purchases and provide high-quality customer service.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and store operations.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.
• Follow company policies and uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
