Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the store is well-maintained, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for customers. You will collaborate with team members, assist customers with their shopping needs, and uphold ALDI's high standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers effectively.
• Communicate clearly with team members and store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
