Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking products, and maintaining the store's appearance. This position offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide outstanding customer service.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and keep the store tidy.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
