Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Aldi's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and follow cash handling procedures.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
