Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate, where you will play an integral role in enhancing the customer shopping experience. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional environment for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Perform physical tasks like stocking shelves and operating equipment

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Ability to operate cash register, equipment, and follow company policies
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Combination of education and retail experience
