Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This position involves various tasks such as cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness to create a welcoming shopping environment for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
- Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to work independently and within a team.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a retail environment is an advantage.
