We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. You will play a vital role in maintaining store appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Merchandise products, operate cash register, and maintain cleanliness of the store.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
