Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. This position is Full-Time, requiring 32-40 hours per week, with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of cash registers and store equipment
• Capable of meeting physical demands of the job
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
