Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of operating equipment like hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task effectively.
• Meet requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
