Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves and merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory management and report any issues to management.
• Adhere to company cash policies and minimize losses.
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring data security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning tasks to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
• Meet all state and local requirements for selling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
• Combination of education and experience equivalent to retail knowledge.
