Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our store by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Your dedication to providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the Aldi team will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as outlined for the role
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves neatly, and assist customers
- Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures
- Follow company policies, uphold security measures, and perform other assigned duties
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
