Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting the overall operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries
• Work collaboratively with the team and communicate effectively with management
• Ensure the store meets cleanliness standards and report any issues
• Participate in inventory counts and follow cash handling procedures

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Work efficiently both independently and in a team setting
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred
