Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store runs smoothly and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
• Maintain clean and organized shelves and merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to company cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining document security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years to be employed at ALDI.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to perform general cleaning tasks to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
