Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate working 32-40 hours per week. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking product, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills) in your daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and collaborate effectively with team members and store management.
• Give feedback on products, monitor inventory accuracy, and participate in store inventory counts.
• Follow cash handling policies, uphold company procedures, and maintain security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Display prompt and courteous customer service skills.
• Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently.
• Safely handle equipment like hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team.
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, follow instructions, and handle multiple tasks professionally.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
