Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. From merchandising and stocking products to providing outstanding customer service, you will be an essential part of our store operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills to deliver exceptional service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate efficiently with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, address customer feedback, and adhere to cash policies.
• Operate equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubbers, and more as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma preferred and retail experience is a plus.
