Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the ALDI team. This position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Report feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures while upholding document security.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register.
• Capable of using store equipment and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is an advantage.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
