Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and any operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Follow all company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of meeting state requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in retail is advantageous.
