Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This position offers a starting wage of $19.00 per hour for an average of 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and suggest improvements.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures for security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Capable of interpreting and applying company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience as a plus.
