We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively, engage with customers, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, stock product, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, process purchases, and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Operate cash registers and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Experience in retail and operating related equipment preferred.
• Good communication skills and the capacity to work both independently and in a team setting.
