Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers and maintaining a neat store appearance.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and monitor inventory levels.
• Operate cash registers and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
