Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills as outlined for the role.
- Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and comply with company procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register.
- Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
- Interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- High school diploma preferred; retail experience a plus.
