Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
- Offer feedback to management on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
- Skilled at interpreting and applying company policies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- High school diploma preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
