Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join ALDI and contribute to maintaining the store's appearance and providing outstanding customer service. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. This position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers with purchases and provide exceptional service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize merchandise displays
• Participate in inventory procedures and adhere to company cash policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
