Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure security and confidentiality
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently
- Capability to operate store equipment and maintain cleanliness standards
- Good communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Retail experience is a plus
