Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the store, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Prepare and stock merchandise, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred.
