Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining a well-organized and welcoming store environment while providing exceptional customer service. This position involves merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and working collaboratively with the team to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies for the role.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays.
- Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
- Communicate clearly with team members and store management.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- Proficient in cash register operations and equipment handling.
- Capable of physical tasks such as stocking and lifting up to 45 pounds.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
