Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide outstanding customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Safely handle equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
