Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products and maintain clean store displays.
• Process customer purchases, provide outstanding customer service, and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, uphold cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Ability to operate cash registers and equipment efficiently and safely.
