Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by keeping the store well-organized, providing exceptional service, and collaborating with team members.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Deliver excellent customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with the team and management
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
- Capability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages as per local regulations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
