Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in keeping the store organized, assisting customers, and enhancing their shopping experience. You will collaborate with team members, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to maintaining the store's cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
