Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will ensure exceptional customer service, adherence to company policies, and a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Assist customers with purchases and provide exceptional customer service
- Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Monitor inventory and report any discrepancies
- Follow cash handling policies and procedures
- Adhere to company policies and maintain document security
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
