Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with team members, assist customers with their shopping experience, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
