Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the store's success.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Comply with company policies, uphold data security and confidentiality.
• Perform physical tasks including stocking merchandise, lifting up to 45 pounds, and general cleaning duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older to be employed at ALDI.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Interpret and apply company policies effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
