Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store maintains a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store appearance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.
• Contribute feedback on inventory, product issues, and customer interactions.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Capable of handling physical demands of the role, such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
