Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products, cashier, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with the ALDI team.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including inventory management and cash handling.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and operating store equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
