Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Professional Skills guidelines.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Comfortable with equipment operation and general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
