Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and overall store operation
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Follow company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of following company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
