Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate with the ALDI team and enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and report any issues to management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and various equipment in a retail setting.
• Ability to follow company policies, provide excellent customer service, and work both independently and in a team.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• A combination of education and experience equivalent to retail knowledge.
