Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store maintains a welcoming environment for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store layout
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute feedback on products and inventory management
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Skilled in operating store equipment and maintaining cleanliness
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
