Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain clean and organized merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating effectively with team members.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including handling cash transactions securely and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform cleaning duties efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team.
