Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and ensuring the store's cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves, merchandising products, and maintaining displays.
• Operating the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with management.
• Providing feedback on products, inventory, and customer interactions.
• Following company policies and procedures while ensuring the security and confidentiality of data.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
