Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customers are provided with exceptional service, and operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and security procedures

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous work experience in retail is a plus
