Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store operates efficiently by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers throughout their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Comply with company policies and procedures while ensuring data security
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves, lifting up to 45 pounds, and general cleaning duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is beneficial
