Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to maintaining a clean and inviting shopping environment.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills in your role.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
- Ensure accuracy in inventory counts and follow cash policies and procedures.
- Adhere to company policies, maintain document security, and uphold confidentiality.
- Perform physical tasks including stocking merchandise, lifting items, and general cleaning.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Capability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
