Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. This role involves merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and collaborate effectively with team members and management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, comply with company policies, and ensure adherence to cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and various store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience equivalent is acceptable.
