Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure an excellent customer shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) required for the role.
- Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members, and provide feedback to management.
- Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
- Proficiency in handling equipment and performing general cleaning duties.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
