Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• Understanding and application of company policies
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
