Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store looks its best, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the Aldi team.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
• Capable of interpreting and applying company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
